Pink Elephant Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 apple, diced
    1 c. bite size marshmallows
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    1 c. whipped topping
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water and pineapple juice.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Chill until firm.
