Honey Glazed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into fourths
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, cover potatoes with salted water.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain.
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Stir in water, honey, salt and pepper.
    Stirring occasionally, cook 1 layer of potatoes 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
