Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Layer rice, then chicken and broccoli.
    Pour mixture of chicken soup and mayonnaise over all in a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle one 12 ounce package grated Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, covered.
