Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 small jar pimientos
    3 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 large can green beans, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed Hi Ho crackers
    1/2 c. grated almonds
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Drain.
    Combine rice, onion, bell pepper, chicken, water chestnuts, soup, pimientos, green beans, mayonnaise and 1 cup of grated cheese.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese, cracker crumbs and almonds.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes.
