Ham Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 beaten eggs
    3 c. cooked ham
    1/2 small onion, chopped with ham
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 envelope sour cream, made according to directions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water; set aside.
    Dissolve mustard in small amount of broth.
    Combine remaining broth with eggs.
    Cook in saucepan about 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add softened gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Beat in mayonnaise, onion and horseradish.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add sour cream and fold in ham.
    Season with pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Pour into mold and chill until set.
