Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 - 4 to 5 ounce center cut pork chops
    2 large eggs
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons pepper
    2 teaspoons granulated garlic
    2 cups bread crumbs
    1 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic.
    Combine eggs and buttermilk with a whisk.
    Coat chops with flour.
    Dip in egg mixture.
    Dredge in bread crumb mixture.
    Place in a single layer in a shallow oiled baking pan.
    Drizzle melted butter or margarine over chops.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
