Light And Fruity Pie - cooking recipe

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2/3 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
3 1/2 c. or 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Add frozen strawberries and stir constantly until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken. Blend in whipped topping, then whip until smooth.
Chill if necessary until mixture mounds. Spoon into pie crust.
Chill for 2 hours.
