Brandy Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 cups butter, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg yolk
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. brandy
    1 cup pecans, finely chopped
    1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    Beat well at med. speed.
    Add egg yolk.\tMix well.
    Combine flour and salt and gradually add to creamed mixture, alternately adding brandy. Beginning and ending with flour.
    Stir in pecans.
    Chill dough. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    Cool.\tRoll in powdered sugar.
    Yield:
    5 dozen.
