Ann'S Hot Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 yellow onion
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 head Romaine lettuce
    1 c. chopped jalapenos
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cilantro, chopped fine
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 or 2 lb. bag tortilla chips, crumbled
    1 can taco salsa (whatever kind you want)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain fat.
    Mix taco seasoning in meat. Put into large salad bowl.
    Add cilantro, onion, lettuce, jalapenos and black olives.
    Toss well.
    Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
    Take out of refrigerator and add cheese and tortillas. Mix again.
    Top it off with taco salsa.
