Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat
    1 bunch scallions or 1 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 deep dish pie crust
    4 eggs
    1 c. light cream*
    1 c. milk*
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. sliced Swiss or other white cheese
Preparation
    *Can substitute 1 pint half and half for cream and milk.
