Cheesy Pita Triangles(Yields 8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 c. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, marinated in oil
    2 Tbsp. oil from sun-dried tomatoes
    basil leaves
    6 pita pockets
Preparation
    Combine the cream cheese, butter and Parmesan cheese in a food processor and beat until very smooth.
    Cut 4 of the tomatoes into thin strips; set aside.
    Whirl the remaining tomatoes, oil and 1/2 cup of the cream cheese mixture in a blender until all smoothly pureed.
    Combine the tomato puree with the cream cheese mixture and beat to blend.
    Cover and chill for about 20 minutes or until firm.
