Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 medium onions
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips.
    Put in baking dish.
    Mix soy sauce and water.
    Pour over meat and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Heat oil in large skillet; cook meat 15 minutes.
    While the meat is cooking, chop vegetables and add remaining ingredients; mix together.
    Add vegetables to meat and cook 15 more minutes, stirring often.
