Almond Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    1 c. almonds or pecans
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    2 2/3 c. sweet milk
    1 medium tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix oleo, flour, nuts, sugar and coconut together in a long, shallow pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Mix milk and pudding mix together; beat 2 minutes.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spread half of the nuts over flour mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Add pudding mix over crumbs.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and refrigerate.
