Best-Ever Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. cake flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 tsp. butternut flavoring
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, Crisco and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Beat well.
    Add flavorings and mix.
    Pour into prepared tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    May be glazed while hot with a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice.
