Cheese Souffle(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. low-fat margarine
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 well beaten egg yolk
    5 egg whites
Preparation
    Make a white sauce of the oil, margarine, milk and salt.
    When cool, add the cheese and the egg yolk.
    Beat egg whites in clean bowl and fold into mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
