Plain Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flour
1 oz. butter or margarine
3 tsp. baking powder
a little salt
a little milk
Preparation
-
Sieve the flour, salt and baking powder.
Rub in butter.
Mix to a light dough with milk.
Roll out on a floured board and cut with round or fancy cutter.
Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0.
