Cantonese Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 egg rolls
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 stalk celery
    1 1/2 c. shredded pork
    1 c. raw shrimp
    2 green onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    3 c. peanut oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (except peanut oil).
    Put in egg roll wrappers.
    Deep fry 3 to 5 minutes until browned and crispy.
