Sweet Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can peas
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 Tbsp. diced pimento
1/3 c. to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
croutons
Preparation

Drain the
peas and dice the eggs.
Add all ingredients together with the mayonnaise.
Toss lightly.
Serve on lettuce and top with croutons.
