Florida Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice
2 tsp. grated lime peel
2 large eggs, separated
graham pie crust
Preparation

Whisk condensed milk, lime juice, lime peel and egg yolks to blend.
Tint with green food coloring, if you want.
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
Gently fold into lime mixture.
Pour into crust and smooth top.
