Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 c. apples, thinly sliced
    2/3 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place half of apples in pastry-lined pan. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over apples. Add rest of apples, then dot with butter and top with remaining sugar mixture. Cover with top crust. If apples are real juicy, add 1 or 2 tablespoons flour to sugar mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
