Baked Potato Cheese And Chive Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. milk
    6 medium potatoes, baked and chunked
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in
    margarine until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
    Do not boil.
    Add potatoes, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard.
    Stir gently.
