Turkey-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. skinned and boned turkey, chilled and diced
    1/2 c. cooked long grain rice, chilled
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder
    2 iceberg, romaine or loose leaf lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In 1-quart bowl combine turkey, rice, celery, onions and red pepper.
    In a small bowl thoroughly combine mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, mustard and seasoning.
    Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
    Toss again just before serving.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 2 servings.
