No-Bake Chocolate Bonbons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. sweet chocolate
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
sifted confectioners sugar (for dredging)
Preparation

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water. Off heat, stir in remaining ingredients, except dredging sugar, in order listed.
As mixture stiffens, use hands to blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in confectioners sugar.
Let ripen 1 to 2 days before serving.
Makes 2 dozen.
Each bonbon contains about 95 calories.
