Fat Free Veggie Pizza Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury All-Ready pizza crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Ranch dressing
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. small broccoli florets
    1 c. chopped crookneck or zucchini squash
    3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Unroll pizza crust and press into bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Bake for 8 to 11 minutes.
    Let cool.
    In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
    Spread over cooked crust.
    Sprinkle broccoli florets, squash, red bell pepper, carrot and green onions over cheese mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until cold.
    Just before serving, cut into squares.
    Makes 48 squares.
