Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    2 c. hot water
    6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper and place over rice mixture.
