Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut round steak into thin strips.
    In large skillet, brown meat and onion in margarine.
    Add bouillon cubes and water. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Check occasionally to make sure there is enough liquid and stir occasionally.
    Gradually add sour cream and mustard.
    Cook an additional 5 minutes.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
