Low-Fat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. brown sugar, honey or molasses
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites or egg substitute for 2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or applesauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line muffin pans with paper cups, or spray pan with cooking oil spray.
    Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
