Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 Tbsp. diced pimento
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    9 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dill relish
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes,
    cube and cook, covered in water, for 15 minutes.
    Drain and place over low heat 2 minutes to evaporate all the water.
    Let cool completely.
    Pour potatoes in a large bowl and
    add
    rest
    of
    the
    ingredients
    and mix completely. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
