Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (heavy syrup)
    1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread pineapple.
    Spread cherry pie filling over pineapple.
    Sprinkle on dry cake mix.
    Spread nuts over cake mix; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
    Serve warm with Cool Whip.
