Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. diced chicken, cooked
    3 drops Tabasco or to taste
    1 c. chow mein noodles
    1/3 c. cashews (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until crisp-tender.
    Add mushroom soup and broth; season to taste with soy sauce and Tabasco.
    Add chicken; simmer for a few minutes.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with noodles and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, until bubbly.
    Serve over rice.
