Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish frozen pie shell
    sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. ham, chopped
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle pie shell with sugar and bake 5 minutes.
    Prick before baking.
    Whip eggs and milk.
    Combine egg mixture with pepper, onion, baking powder, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle ham on crust.
    Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle with grated cheese (sharp).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes until firm and golden brown.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
