Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley (I use dried)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar (Sugar Twin can be used)
    2 (6 oz.) cans button mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms.
    Simmer 5 to 6 minutes.
    Chill, covered, for several hours (I make the day before using), stirring occasionally.
