Memphis-Style Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
    2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
    1 green bell pepper, finely diced
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seeds
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black or white pepper
Preparation
    Place cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onions into large bowl.
    Mix other ingredients well and pour over vegetables.
    Toss well.
    Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours for flavor to set. Serves 6.
