Lynn'S Chicken Mornay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. bacon strips
4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cover the bottom of a glass Pyrex baking dish with bacon.
Top bacon with broccoli spears and dollop with margarine.
Top broccoli with 4 or 5 chicken breasts and finish with another layer of bacon. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and top layer of bacon and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven and generously cover with Cheddar cheese. Place dish back in oven for about 5 minutes, long enough to melt cheese.
Serve with a fruit salad.
