Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. coconut
1 cooked pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix until all are blended.
Add coconut.
Cook until thickened.
Pour in cooked pie crust.
Beat egg whites until fluffy; I add some sugar to mine to make stiffer.
Sprinkle with coconut and brown in oven.
