Collards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. collards, rinsed well and chopped
    4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender and most of water has cooked away.
