Pumpkin Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in casserole dish.
Mix all other ingredients and
pour over margarine.
Bake 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon on top of casserole.
Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Total baking time 60 minutes.
