Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cream
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar together.
    Add 1 egg at a time, then the cream.
    Blend well, then add vanilla and almond. Mix 3 tablespoons flour, salt and grated lemon peel; add to creamed mixture.
    Pour into graham cracker lined pan (spring-form).
    Bake in a 500\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 200\u00b0 and bake for 70 to 75 minutes.
    Test with silver knife; should come out fairly clean.
    Refrigerate.
    When cool, top with a can of pie filling or fresh fruit.
