Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
5 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. whole milk
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and moisten with milk.
Roll out on floured board and cut.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 12 to 15 biscuits.
