Unstuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. raw cabbage, shredded
    1 can whole tomatoes, drained
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put in rice cooker.
    After the bell rings, let stand for 10 minutes.
    Stir and let stand until time to eat.
