Steak Soup(From Plaza Iii In Kansas City) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
5 c. beef stock
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onions, sliced and chopped
1 lb. ground round steak
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt (if desired)
1/3 c. flour
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. (8 oz.) tomatoes
1 tsp. Accent (if desired)
1 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
chopped parsley (to garnish)
Preparation

Place butter in soup pot and melt without browning.
Add flour and stir constantly to form a smooth paste.
Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
