Lemon Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add flour and salt, then lemon juice and rind.
    Stir in egg yolks and milk (beaten together).
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into a greased casserole; set casserole in pan of water and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
