Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 celery stalks
    2 large heads cabbage
    8 red peppers
    8 green peppers
    7 large onions
    8 carrots
    1/2 c. salt
    3 pt. cider vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Grind vegetables and add salt.
    Let stand 2 hours.
    Drain well.
    Mix with remaining and blend well.
    Let stand 1 hour, then put in jars and seal.
    Makes 9 pints.
