Blueberry Pudding Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 can blueberry pie filling, chilled
    1 1/2 c. chilled cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 grated orange rind
Preparation
    Prepare pudding by package directions.
    Cool, then chill. Fold in the chilled rice, spices, whipped cream and orange rind. Spoon alternating layers of rice pudding and filling into parfait glasses.
    Chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
