Broccoli-Rice Casserole(Usa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. quick-cooking rice
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix milk, soup, water and cheese together.
    Stir in uncooked rice and the drained broccoli-onion mixture. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring once.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
