Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. fresh blueberries or 3/4 c. frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Make a well in center of mixture.
    Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, and stir just until moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 1 dozen.
