Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. celery, cut in 2-inch strips
1 1/2 c. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. green peppers, 2-inch strips
1 1/2 c. carrots, 2-inch strips
2 c. green beans
2 c. tomatoes
4 Tbsp. oleo
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours; stir several times.
