Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    rock-type salt (optional)
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Mix all ingredients into it and knead. Give each child a ball of dough to roll and twist into any shape. Lay on greased cookie sheets.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
