Scalloped Potatoes And Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cheese soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    4 full c. sliced potatoes
    1 small thin sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in salted water for 5 minutes and then drain.
    Stir soup with milk until smooth.
    Put one-half of potatoes in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with half of soup. Add remaining potatoes and cover with remaining soup.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour and then uncover.
    Bake for 15 more minutes.
    Baking temperature should be 350\u00b0.
