Island Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. green onion slices
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix lightly, press into bowl and chill.
    Unmold on serving platter.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serves 8 to 10.
